Maintenance contracts include a "Not-To-Exceed" (NTE) cap on roofing services that provides high-value, proactive annual service to aging commercial roof systems looking to defer roof replacement. If we have any further recommendations beyond that NTE cap, we will include them in our Roof Report and proposal.
